Whether you're new to mindfulness or deepening your practice, our sessions offer a welcoming space for exploration and growth, in community.

Discover techniques to cultivate awareness, presence, and inner peace, starting with practical lessons on integrating Mindfulness into daily life. Guided meditations led by Mindfulness teacher Kathy Noel, allow you to immerse yourself in relaxation, breath awareness, and body connection, fostering deep states of calm and clarity.

After each meditation, engage in reflection and discussion to share experiences and connect with fellow participants. Whether seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or a moment of tranquility, our classes offer a sanctuary to nourish mind, body, and spirit. Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund will be issued for cancellation requests received up to one week before the start of session.

A refund (minus a $20 fee plus HST) will be issued for cancellation requests received up to 1-2 days before the start of class.

Refunds are not available after session begins.

Four Foundations of Mindfulness Retreat June 1st 2024

  • Join us for a full day Mindfulness retreat exploring the Four Foundations of Mindfulness on Saturday June 1st, 2024 from 9:30AM - 3:30PM.

  • Throughout the day, you'll delve into the four pillars of mindfulness, beginning with the Contemplation of the Body. Through guided Yoga-inspired practices, you'll ground yourself in the present moment, connecting deeply with the wisdom of your body.

    Next, you'll explore the Contemplation of Feeling, learning to observe your emotions without judgment, and recognizing their transient nature. The journey continues with the Contemplation of Mind, where you'll develop a more skillful relationship with your thoughts, leading to greater mental clarity and freedom from habitual patterns.
