Mindfulness at Centrepointe is an inclusive and welcoming space that offers the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, an evidence-based program that was created by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. In addition to teaching MBSR, we offer customized mindfulness presentations and workshops tailored to the needs of a variety of populations as well as individual counselling sessions available upon request.

Meet Carole Trépanier

I am a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor. I completed my training at the Oasis Institute, Centre for Mindfulness (CFM), University of Massachusetts Medical School. This qualification includes trainings with Jon Kabat-Zinn, Saki Santorelli, Florence Meleo-Meyer, and other first-generation MBSR teachers.

My services include therapy with individuals, couples and families; and group facilitation, conducting workshops/seminars, peer supervision/consultation.
My interests include: spinning, yoga, reading, films and bicycle trips.
Meet Sonja Roth

I am a certified MBSR teacher (MBSR Ottawa) with special training to teach teenagers. I teach MBSR and mindfulness to adults in a community and health care setting. I am also a certified Mindfulness in Schools Project facilitator (MISP London, UK).
