Cost: $150 + HST *Final prices for workshop & classes are inclusive of HST (13%) This Retreat Day is part of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program with Jennifer (see full program for more details). We welcome past MBSR participants as well as the general public to join us in-person.

Cancelation Policy

Refunds for programs, minus a $300.00 + HST Administration Fee, are available up until five (5) days before the starting date. No refunds or credits will be provided after that time.
