$320.00 + HST per person includes 8 ONLINE meditation sessions.
With this package, you will have the opportunity to participate in 8 ONLINE sessions of the 12 available meditation sessions (please see SCHEDULE for dates and times).
These weekly group practices are intended to support you if you wish to begin a mindfulness and meditation practice, or if you are interested in maintaining and deepening an already established practice.
Sessions are only offered online during this time.
We recommended having a bottle of water and wearing comfortable clothing during the online sessions.
