$180.00 + HST per person includes the choice of four (4) meditation sessions.
With this package, you will have the choice to participate in 4 ONLINE sessions out of 12 available sessions (see SCHEDULE for all the availabilities).
These weekly group practices are intended to support you if you wish to begin a mindfulness and meditation practice, or if you are interested in maintaining and deepening an already established practice.
Sessions are only offered online during this time.
We recommended having a bottle of water and wearing comfortable clothing during the online sessions.
