$420.00 + HST per person includes 12 ONLINE meditation sessions.
With this package, you will have the opportunity to participate in 12 ONLINE meditation sessions (please see SCHEDULE for dates and times).
These weekly group practices are intended to support you if you wish to begin a mindfulness and meditation practice, or if you are interested in maintaining and deepening an already established practice.
Sessions are only offered online during this time.
We recommended having a bottle of water and wearing comfortable clothing during the online sessions.
