$320.00 + HST per person includes 8 meditation sessions.
With this package, you will have the opportunity to participate in 8 meditation sessions (please see SCHEDULE for dates and times).
These twice-monthly group practices are intended to support you if you wish to begin a mindfulness and meditation practice, or if you are interested in maintaining and deepening an already established practice.
Note:
Comfortable clothing and bringing a water bottle is recommended.
