A complimentary ONLINE meditation session as part of our compassionate offering during these unrelenting times.
This weekly group practices is intended to support you if you wish to begin a mindfulness and meditation practice, or if you are interested in maintaining and deepening an already established practice.
-Sessions are only offered online during this time.
-We recommended having a bottle of water and wearing comfortable clothing during the online sessions.
