$595.00 + HST per person includes 1 orientation session, 8 weekly classes, an all-day retreat, online access to PDF and MP3 downloads of guided meditations for home practice, and course materials.

-Sessions are only offered online via Zoom during this time.
-We recommended having a bottle of water and wearing comfortable clothing during the online sessions.
Receipts and Insurance:
Receipts may be available for reimbursement from some extended health plans with physician prescription*.
*Check with your insurance plan before registering for the program if you plan to seek reimbursement and if you are not sure if your insurance provider will cover this very valuable class. Student experiences with their insurance plans have varied in the past. Most insurance companies in Canada, the US and abroad have a history of covering MBSR programs.
Refunds, minus a $300.00 + HST Administration Fee, are available up until five (5) days before the starting date. No refunds or credits will be provided after that time.
