About the Event
$180.00 + HST per person includes the choice of four (4) meditation sessions.
These weekly group practices are intended to support you if you wish to begin a mindfulness and meditation practice, or if you are interested in maintaining and deepening an already established practice.
With this package, you will have the choice to participate in 4 ONLINE sessions out of 12 available sessions (see schedule below for all the availabilities).
*You will have to select the 4 dates that you will attend at the checkout.*

Mondays from 6:30 to 8:00 pm

Note: Sessions are only offered online during this time. We recommended having a bottle of water and wearing comfortable clothing during the online sessions.
Receipts and Insurance:
Receipts may be available for reimbursement from some extended health plans with physician prescription*.
*Check with your insurance plan before registering for the program if you plan to seek reimbursement and if you are not sure if your insurance provider will cover this very valuable class. Student experiences with their insurance plans have varied in the past. Most insurance companies in Canada, the US and abroad have a history of covering MBSR programs.
No refunds or credits will be provided for this package.
