WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT
ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS AND SANITATION
Touchpoints are wiped down with industrial-grade cleaning products before and after every session.
Hand sanitizer is readily available in the lobby.
The Centre will undergo a deep cleaning and sanitization every evening.
Engaging with Employees
Instructors are required to declare they are symptom-free. They are instructed to stay home if they have symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu.
Following Canada’s public health guidelines, we are recommending that our guests wear a mask when they’re with us. In regions where governments have mandated it, they will be required for all guests.
For guests who forget their mask at home, a supply of masks will be available at the Centre for a charge.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING MEASURES
The health and safety of our employees and guests is our top priority and we are implementing best practices and learnings from our global counterparts to maximize safety precautions and ensure that your time with us is safe, comfortable and enjoyable.
To ensure proper physical distancing during your visit, we have taken the following steps:
Registration capacity is reduced and seating will be 6 feet/2 metres apart to ensure compliance with physical distancing guidelines.
Notices have been strategically placed throughout our Centre to remind our employees and guests of best practices.
In Common Areas
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your session.
Employees will be constantly monitoring all areas of the Centre to ensure physical distancing guidelines are met.
Maintain physical distancing while waiting in line.
We encourage guests to wash hands for at least 20 seconds with warm water and soap.
Guests who experience symptoms of COVID-19, the flu or a cold should not enter the Centre.
Our staff must complete a self-health attestation, as provided by each province, that clears them to work. Staff will be instructed to stay home if they do not pass the provincial self-assessment (before their shift starts) or sent home if they begin to show systems of COVID-19 or the flu during their shift.
The health and safety of our employees and guests is our top priority and we are working in partnership with leading public health and infectious disease experts to ensure your time with us is safe, comfortable and enjoyable.
As per Ottawa Public Health Guidelines, we ask that all guests to wear a mask. We will continue to adhere Public Health guidelines closely.
The Centre will be equipped with a hand sanitizing station for our employees and guests.
