Who We Are

Mindfulness at Centrepointe is an inclusive and welcoming space that offers the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, an evidence-based program that was created by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.


In addition to teaching MBSR, we offer customized mindfulness presentations and workshops tailored to the needs of a variety of populations as well as individual counselling sessions available upon request.
